USMC · $52M Closed · 2x Rep Of The Year

Most salespeople won’t make it here. Good.

I’m hiring closers, not candidates. If you want a comfortable seat, this isn’t it. If you want to be the best version of yourself — and get paid like it — we should talk.

The Bar

I built my career on the wrong side of comfortable.

I served in the Marine Corps. I closed $52M in sales. I won Cardone Ventures Rep of the Year — twice. None of it happened because I was talented. It happened because I refused to negotiate with my standards.

I’m not building a team for people who want a job. I’m building a team for the rare ones who want to be unrecognizable in twelve months — in their bank account, in their body, in their faith, in their leadership. The seat is hard. The reward is real.

“You don’t rise to your goals. You fall to your standards. We don’t lower them here.”

If you read that and felt resistance, this isn’t for you. If you read that and felt seen, keep scrolling.

The Framework

Four pillars. Non-negotiable.

Money is a byproduct. The pillars come first. If any one of these four is missing, you don’t belong on this team — because the others will compensate for you, and that’s a cost we don’t pay.

01 / Pillar

Discipline

You do what you said you would do, when you said you would do it, in the way you said you would do it — whether you feel like it or not. Discipline is the price of entry, not the prize.

02 / Pillar

Fitness

How you treat your body is how you treat your pipeline. Soft body, soft sales. We train. We compete. We show up to the floor with energy people can feel.

03 / Pillar

Leadership

You lead yourself before you lead anyone else. Then you set the tone for the room. Excuses are contagious; so is conviction. We pick conviction.

04 / Pillar

Faith

Faith is the foundation, not the decoration. We believe a man with God, a mission, and a standard is harder to break than a man chasing a paycheck. That’s the order. That’s the math.

The Standards

What you’re agreeing to before you walk in the door.

You don’t earn the seat by interviewing well. You earn it by holding these standards when no one is watching — and especially when everyone is.

01

Show up early. Stay late. Don’t announce it.

The clock is for the company. The standard is yours. We don’t reward attendance — we reward output you couldn’t produce without it.

02

Hit your number. Then hit it again.

One good month is a coincidence. Three is a pattern. Twelve is a career. We’re not impressed by potential — we’re impressed by consistency under pressure.

03

Train your body the way you train your skill.

If you can’t hold a standard with your fork, you can’t hold one with your phone. Fitness is not a hobby here. It’s evidence.

04

Tell the truth before it’s convenient.

If you missed it, say it. If you fumbled the call, own it. We don’t coach people who hide. We coach people who report.

05

Get better in public.

Roleplay loud. Take feedback in front of the room. Your ego is the slowest thing on the team — leave it at the door.

06

Honor the mission and the people in it.

Faith, family, and the man to your left and your right. We don’t build closers at the expense of character. We build both.

The Opportunity

The seat is hard. The ceiling is real.

We’re hiring sales reps for a high-performance environment at Cardone Ventures. No commission cap. No cute titles. Just a clear path for the rare operators who want to lead one day — and earn like it now.

The Polarizing Take

Most salespeople don’t want freedom. They want permission to be average and paid like a top earner. That’s not a job description. That’s a fantasy. We’re hiring the few who tell the truth about that.

Before You Apply

Read this twice. It saves both of us time.

Do Not Apply If

  • You think the market, the leads, or the comp plan is the reason you’re not winning.
  • You need motivation more than you need a mirror.
  • You want flexibility before you’ve earned it.
  • You take feedback personally and growth occasionally.
  • You believe your potential is the same as your performance.

Apply If

  • You’ve already proven you can sell — you just want a higher standard around you.
  • You want to be coached hard and want to coach others one day.
  • You train your body, lead your home, and honor your faith on purpose.
  • You read “no excuses” and felt relief, not pressure.
  • You want to be unrecognizable in 12 months.
Apply

If you’re still reading, send the message.

Don’t pitch. Don’t sell yourself. Tell me your number from last year, your standard for this year, and one thing you do every day that nobody pays you to do. That’s the application.
